Article 3 (Friend Matching Feature and User Responsibility)

  1. When using the friend matching feature provided by this Site, users publish their Trainer Codes at their own risk.
  2. This Site will not intervene in, nor be held liable for, any trouble or disputes (whether in-game or personal) that occur between users who connect through this feature.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct) Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Site:

  1. Acts that place an excessive burden on the server or network, or acts that interfere with operations through cyberattacks, etc.
  2. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties.
  3. Acts that exploit unintended bugs or vulnerabilities of this Site.
  4. Any other acts that violate laws and regulations, or that the operator deems inappropriate.

Article 5 (Interruption, Change, or Termination of Service) This Site reserves the right to temporarily suspend, change the content of, or terminate the services provided without prior notice due to maintenance, system failure, or other reasons.

The only information transmitted to and stored on our server is the “Trainer Code” entered when using the friend matching feature. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of matching friend requests with other users.

2. Storage and Deletion of Trainer Codes

  1. Registered Trainer Codes are automatically deleted from the server after the period specified by the user (3 hours, 24 hours, or 72 hours) has elapsed.
  2. If a user manually updates their status, the set duration is extended from that point in time.
  3. Users can manually stop/resume friend requests and delete their Trainer Code at any time using the features provided on this Site.

3. Local Data Storage (Cache, etc.) Data such as the “Favorites” feature and various settings are saved only in the user’s browser (via local storage or Cookies). This information is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

4. Regarding Ad Delivery This Site uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdSense). Such third-party vendors use “Cookies” (which do not include your name, address, email address, or telephone number) to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this Site or other websites. 5. Regarding Access Analysis Tools This Site uses the access analysis tool “Google Analytics” provided by Google. Google Analytics uses Cookies to collect traffic data. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties This Site will not provide or disclose the information stored on its servers (such as Trainer Codes) to any third party, unless there is a legitimate request for disclosure from a public institution (such as the police or a court) based on laws and regulations.
